Welcome to the Hessle Rangers Newsletter
We are launching this newsletter to share club updates, news and events with parents and players - direct to your email inbox. You can unsubscribe at any time. As a club, we share messages with our coaches and hope they filter down to parents and players of all 39 teams - and they generally do - but we want to make sure that key information is shared with all members of the club and all members have the opportunity to learn about things and to get more involved. Please let your fellow parents and teammates know about the newsletter and encourage them to join up too!

Bilsdon Park Development Project
The focus of everyone at the club for 2025 is to provide the facilities at Bilsdon Park that the club and the players deserve. All teams have been challenged to run an individual fundraiser. If you haven't been asked about your teams, please raise it. This has to happen in 2025 and we are as close as we'll ever be. We have a confirmed £475k in funding. The message to everyone is to raise as much money as possible through your teams. Keep sharing the website link and the video. We have a digital brochure coming very soon too. Tell any of your friends who run or are high up in businesses that we'd love to talk to them. 2025 is the year.

Volunteer Of The Month
Hessle Rangers recently introduced a new volunteer of the month award. This is in part to recognise our brilliant volunteers and also to recognise the incredible contribution to the club of late Jan Purdy, whom we lost in 2024. The first winners of the award were announced jointly and two of Jan's children, Richard and Sam, came to the club to hand out the awards to Dave Robson and Abbie Kelsey. If you would like to recognise a great volunteer in your team, please email hesslerangers@hotmail.com

There are also opportunities to get involved in coaching/running new teams, as per the above coaching course. We are currently also looking for help working on the ground at Bilsdon Park doing line marking and light maintenance. Please email hesslerangers@hotmail.com if you wuld like to be more involved in the running of our great club.
Thank You To Our Sponsors!
Every week, we'd like to highlight the great financial support given by the companies who sponsor the club. This week, it's Lime Property - sponsors of Hessle Rangers U11 home kit.
