Welcome to Issue 5!

Off the back of an incredibly busy weekend at the club, we're delighted to announce the latest "Chris Hoff" player of the month winners exclusively in the newsletter first!

Last Saturday and Sunday's games were played during Silent Support weekend and, given it was also the Girls' Cup Semi Final weekend, that's a tough time to ask parents to be quiet but the games at our home ground were superbly supported by both home and away parents and we thank you all for representing the club so well.

Player Of The Month - Male Pathway!

We are delighted to exclusively announce that the winner of the club-wide "Chris Hoff" Player Of The Month for all male teams in January was LUCAS from the U13 Jaguars.

Lucas began the season as a reluctant central defender but is making the position his own has gone from strength to strength. He has won a number of Man Of The Match awards in recent games from the coaches and parents alike. He reads the game well and likes to play from the back - some of his passes out are beyond his years. The Jaguars are really pleased with the maturity shown by Lucas and he’s a made a massive difference to the team.

Well done, Lucas!

Player Of The Month - Female Pathway!

We are also delighted to exclusively announce that the winner of the club-wide "Chris Hoff" Player Of The Month for all female teams in January was LOTTIE from the U9 Girls.

Lottie had a fantastic month in both games and training. She always puts the team first and will happily stay back to be the defensive brick wall. She is small but has the heart of a lion and is never afraid to take one for the girls. The team absolutely love her for everything she does and she is easily the happiest player of the month we've ever had!

Well done, Lottie!

U10 Fundraising Race Night

Hessle Rangers U10 and Hessle Rangers U10 Galacticos held a joint race night to raise funds for the Bilsdon Park development project. The boys, parents and coaches had a fantastic night and raised £1k for the development fund.

Every team in the club has been challenged to hold their own fundraiser and we are super proud to see the progress (and the money!) coming in every week.

Well done, U10s!!
